Rental Policy

Camp Lemieux Welcomes Rentals For:

Family Reunions/Celebrations
Retreats/Conferences/Meetings
School-Age Groups
Youth/Young Adult Ministry
Alumni Events
Outdoor/Environmental Education

Bookings are first–come, first–served and are accepted throughout the year for May to Sep rentals, excluding programmed camp weeks in July-Aug. This rental agreement will be considered valid when:

The Damage & Cancellation Deposit is received.
The Camp Rental Agreement is signed and received.
Proof of General Property & Liability Insurance is received at least one week before the event. NOTE: Insurance is NOT required for Camp Outs due to the Summer Director (or Caretaker designate) being present during all Camp Outs.
Rental Payment is received in full before the event starts.
If alcohol will be on-site, a copy of a valid Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority (SLGA) Special Occasion Permit must be received before the event starts. The original permit must be presented to the Caretaker at the initial walk-through.
The Primary Contact is contacted to confirm the Rental agreement once it has been officially approved by the Board.
